「初めての瀋陽で不安いっぱいだけど、空港バス乗って瀋陽駅前で降りたらすぐ目の前にホテルあった。瀋陽駅前直ぐ目の前にあって、周りの料理店安くで美味しい、ショウピンクも便利だった。」

「お部屋の掃除は、言わないとやってくれません。タオルを交換するだけです。毎日フロントに電話でお願いしないとやってくれません。シーツも交換されません。」

「We very much enjoyed everything about our stay at this hotel. The staff were exceptionally friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. The room was large and very clean and pleasant. Breakfast featured an extensive menu of both Chinese and Western fare, including eggs, bacon, fruit, a selection of meat and cheese, pasta, and an attractive offering of pastries. 「not enough parking area. most staff don't speak English, given that it is only a year away from the Winter 2022 Olympics. Price value for food is inferior. 」

「We stayed one night and we're very pleased. The pool was great. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is comfortable and clean. The breakfast buffet was excellent. We have no complaints at all. The front desk staff, 张青青 and 王佳欣, made check in and check out easy and fast considering Covid 19 complicates things. Would definitely stay again.」

「We needed to change rooms after the first night. The first room had no hot water for the shower, one side of the bathroom sink faucet did not work. There were a number of lights that did not work also. The next morning we asked for another room which they gave us. We had hot water but the rain shower did not work. I know this sounds like I am being very picky but for an up scale hotel I expect better. 」
