「Great host and beautiful clean cabin」

「Staff were great. Could maybe had more heat in the cabin due to -20 degree weather. The only heat source we could see was the gas fireplace. It got very cold in the cabin at night as we did not want to keep the fireplace on high during the night. It would also be something for you to consider to put outside plug-ins for vehicles. We had to run an extension cord through the front door and plug into one of the outlets inside the cabin」

「Very clean and well stocked. If I had a question. I received an answer from the host within a few minutes. Would have no issues at all recommending to other couples…」

「As mentioned in an earlier evaluation of the VRBO process, this was the first instance of my using VRBO where the host contacted us prior to check in to ensure we had no concerns. This was so welcome as I wasn't sure how to get to the property and the host representative was so helpful. Previous occurrences the host has been very difficult to contact resulting in difficult check in. Excellent work Conner!」

「Host was very communicative, kind and helpful. We had a wonderful stay in a beautifully cozy place with plenty of privacy. Although a bit of a drive, I would recommend the 45 minute drive to Jasper over Hinton for restaurants. We loved the Folding Mountain Brewery nearby though! Also wish there were more hot water for a shower. 」

「 Not enough glasses, plates, seating for several people. Door lock defective and couldnt lock when leaving for two days. Bed comforters have not been laundered. Rear porch stairs impassable due to trees in the steps. Front entrance stairway had a loose trim that fell off when stepped apon. Home is not well cated for and it shows.」

「Wonderful experience!! Was unfortunate that there was construction going on obstructing the view, but WILL 100% be a 5 star stay! Must say, the Washrooms were wonderful — private, clean, offers a shower, definitely more than expected! About 5-10 min from the Jasper gate entry. Would check it out again :)」
