「I was welcomed by a super nice courteous young man with a personality at the main desk. He was great with check in and super helpful with any questions I had. Offered to put me in a regular room first floor which was nice as I had lots of gear to carry in. At check out 2 days later I had a young woman that was equally nice.」

「What a cute, welcoming home on a beautiful property! We so enjoyed the very clean, cozy spaces in this beautifully decorated home. Everything about our stay was easy and smooth. I would recommend this home to anyone with a reason to stay in Roanoke! We also enjoyed dinner in town. If we weren't busy with other activities, it would have been fun to explore Roanoke more!」

「We had a nice stay here. The stained glass window is beautiful feature. The windows are large, let in a lot of natural sunlight and face the courthouse which is beautiful. The bedroom is a loft accessed by a spiral staircase. The bathroom is on main floor, so a nighttime trip to the bathroom requires going down the spiral staircase, which was not a problem but proceed with caution. Parking was easy. Restaurants and shops in walking distance. There was one roll of Toilet paper and the kitchen...

「The part of the sheer that sits right above the ac/heater when covering the entire window was moldy in the folds. The bath tub drain would not stay open, so the tub filled up with dirty, soapy water from showering. This made the surface of the bathtub VERY slippery while trying to finish showering, and getting out. Just about as slippery as the tile in the bathroom/sink area when it is wet. There apparently was a party in the larking lot we missed out on. They left a cooler, an empty beer box, a...

「フォートウェインに行く際の定宿にしています。空港送迎をしてもらえることがポイントでしたが、今回は深夜到着で、初めてエクスペディアのメッセージ機能を使って数時間前にピックアップの依頼をすると、人の手配ができないので２４時間前に知らせて欲しいとのことでした。一応なんとかするとは言ってくれましたが、面倒なのでタクシーで行きました。帰りは早朝便でしたが事前に予約したので乗れましたが、$10ドル必要でした。今までは無料でしたが、他のホテルと共同運行させるようになったようです。タクシーよりは安いですが。」
