「Very easy check in! Listing was exactly as described! Hot tub was great!」

「A really clean home with lots of warmth and comfort items.」

「The property was beautiful, very clean and well kept. Very peaceful felt like I was way out in the country, although not that far from shopping in Berlin. The balcony overlooking the small pond was a nice place to relax. The walking path around the pun allowed me to get some walking in. Highly recommend.」

「This cabin was great. Upon arrival we found everything exactly as described. The welcome book had a ton of information that was very useful. It was nice that there was welcome water also. We are definitely coming back and renting again.」

「Love this place!」

「The room was very clean, comfortable and supplied with supplies. Would recommend this place. We would come back also.」

「Good bed close to town Need pictures in bedroom.」

「Super convenient location within walking distance to shops and restaurants. Very clean and newly renovated with cute decor. Bed was comfortable and it had everything you need including ice maker and water on front or refrigerator which was very nice touch. K-cups, creamer and keurig provided. Parking was right outside and front row which was excellent. Heat worked well and it was very homey. Highly recommend.」

「I would highly recommend this place! It was a cute little cozy place to stay but it's just enough for a couples getaway. It was very close to downtown Berlin for shopping and walking! The host was very kind and quick to reply to our questions. The place was very new and clean! The pool and hot tub were a little difficult to find once you got to the fitness center but once we eventually found it, it was a nice little place to relax and unwind! We will definitely be booking here again in the...

「This place was absolutely amazing! The house offered many things and overal l it very quiet and serene. Thank you for the wonderful hospitality!」

「This is a very nice place but just a little different than expected. It is actually the master suite of a house someone lives in. The bedroom door is locked with a large piece of furniture placed in front of it. The location is on a nice street with very expensive homes surrounding it. It’s the only area in Holmes county I have ever been where you would not know you were in an Amish area. The view is only other nice houses and no farm countrysides. The one problem that would prevent me staying...

「Wonderful experience all around !! Highly recommend for a quiet getaway」

「Very clean, well maintained.」

「Exactly as described. We were looking for quiet on a July 4th weekend and that’s what we found. Yes the neighbor kids had a few noise makers but not war zone type of noise we get at home. It was very peaceful except for an hour on the 4th. Great location too!」

「Right across the alley from the Boyd and Wurthmann restaurant! Walking distance of everything as it sits right downtown Berlin! Great location and great place to stay! We will be returning!」

「From first booking online to communication with Pam concerning directions and access to the property, everything went smoothly. We thought the pictures online were amazing but they didn’t really do justice with how beautiful everything was inside and out. Just a really beautiful place that we will do again.」
