「The cabin was clean and homey. It feels secluded but safe. Perfect for a weekend getaway with my husband but it would have worked with kids also. All the essentials were provided. We would enjoy coming back in different seasons to see the scenery changes. 」

「Perfect for large groups. Lots of space and activities for the kids to be occupied and the adults to have simultaneous adult time. We love the multiple living areas. The video games kept kids and adults entertained and the middle level dining table is perfect for board games. We weren’t able to use the pool this time, but did enjoy the hot tub.」

「We had family camping at the state park for the long weekend and wanted to stay close by. The cabin was perfect. We had time to visit easily and also an air conditioned place to sleep in. It also is dog friendly so we were able to bring the dogs. Getting a dog sitter on a long weekend is difficult. 」

「Nice and relaxing weekend. We used the gazebo quite a bit and listened to all of the wildlife. It could use some updating but it was nice for a weekend getaway. 」

「Great place. We loved the historical signs and display cases with artifacts around the hotel. The celebration in the town square was a nice bonus. Very quiet and quaint. I wish we'd have had more time to do a little fishing.」

「Great stay just as described! Easy to access the home from the driveway/parking(not a huge staircase like most others in the area). Caught a bunch of bass in this cove from my kayak so that was a nice bonus!」
