「This was an excellent place to stay. We were given a warm welcome by the host and several dogs! The tiny house was in a paddock with sheep, a horse and chickens but was so peaceful. It was very clean and comfortable and, although compact, it had everything we needed including some breakfast items. We enjoyed listening to the birds and loved it so much that we wished we had been staying longer. If you want a peaceful retreat, this is the place to go.」

「Great property for our 2 night stay. Hobbiton around 20 minutes away by car. Plenty of restaurants in nearby Matamata. We particularly liked The Osteria recommended by Kylie our host. The property is spotlessly clean. Kylie provided us with a continental breakfast with freshly baked bread and homemade yoghurt. Kylie was friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend 」

「We arrived at this cute home after 24 hours of travel. We were so exhausted and were going to go out to dinner but had zero energy. We realized the owner had left us some staple groceries including a loaf of bread, and jelly. I had packed a tub of peanut butter and some chips in my luggage so we had the best PBJs and relaxed! Bonus there was even a bottle of wine in the fridge :) The view around the back was spectacular.」

「This is one of the best tiny home accommodation experiences. The tiny home itself is very modern and all the minor details and extras were much appreciated! Located on a farm that makes you feel like you really are in New Zealand! 「Booked for 2 nights but due to incoming cyclone, we departed after day one. Location I’d great with the beach 30 mts away and town about the same the other way. We were disappointed with the 2 toilets which are located on ground floor and first floor, both in under stair cupboards. The first floor toilet opens into the lounge. The master bed is located floor 3. Road noise was terrible all night until 4.30am when it finally quietened down. TV was near impossible to work only getting ch 1 and...

「We had a wonderful family get together hosting for family who were here from Australia. The space was amazing, enough room for our group of 11 and so close to the beach, Mount, shops and hot pools. Very clean and comfortable.」
