「Such a warm welcoming place. My second time to visit. This time for a birthday present for my mom. Our host left out birthday decorations, it made her day. She is a big Hobbit fan, so this was amazing to her. The house is so cozy and great for a great away in nature. We had everything we needed the accommodations we great, we were even given a golf cart to explore the property. I highly recommend the Hobbit House. 」

「This was our second stay at this property and we were thoroughly happy once again. Since our first stay in September, the owners have installed a fireplace and built a beautiful wooden mantle around it. It was warm and cozy during some very cold evenings. I even used the full kitchen to cook a thanksgiving dinner! This is my go to property every time I visit my son at GMC. 」

「Beautiful house with great access to the lake. The neighbors were very friendly. The community boat ramp is not very good at all. I won't use it again. There is a public ramp (Crosby's) located about 10 miles by car and approximately 1 mile by boat, which is very nice. If you are parking a truck and boat trailer at the Cabin, you must be an expert at backing a trailer, as it is very tight.」

「The RV was clean and well stocked with essentials. The property was peaceful and had a great view of Lake Sinclair. We were visiting relatives nearby, so it worked out great as a home base for us. Jason was very responsive and knew the area well.」
