「This home had plenty of space for our family of four. Everything was very clean and comfortable! Mabel was very communicative and the check-in process was smooth.」

「We had a quick over night stay at the cabin. I would definitely stay there again, it was an interesting place to stay. It was super quiet although the grounds seem like they are still in the midst of being renovated. The cabin was and clean and stocked with basic kitchen necessities. We liked the screened in porch and enjoyed the fire pit. There wasn’t a t.v., which was fine, just unexpected and there wasn’t a blind on one of the windows in the bedroom so hung a blanket and there wasn’t a...

「House was super clean, coffee was a nice surprise. Comfy beds, quiet street. Super close to the Big E. Thanks Rose!」

「We stayed in this property bc our daughter’s graduation (Amherst) was sold out. We used the property to have a place to sleep and shower exclusively. The duplex was clean, well equipped with towels and linens. We used two of the 3 bedrooms. The king size bed was comfortable enough. The queen size bed (not the bunk bed) was very uncomfortable according to my daughter and her partner. 「The hosts were super accommodating. The house was very clean with towels and shower stuff available.」

「Home was a perfect gathering and resting place for our group of employees working in the state buildings at the Big E」

「The neighborhood is a little dicy but we didn’t feel like we were in danger. It’s just kind of run down. The house was clean. Spacious. There are two queen beds and a twin not the queen and a full as described. Maybe they were confused because there was a full size headboard for one of the queens. 25 minutes from the Log Cabin where we had a wedding. Would have been nice if the code had been changed so my daughter could have gotten in with no hassle….oh well. All in all- not a bad experience. 」

「We really enjoyed the stay here! Very comfortable with lots of room. The stairs were a little much for my parents as they are getting older (they managed just fine). I would recommend this place as it is centrally located to all the places I needed to go. Thank you so much!」

「This is a beautiful old Victorian home. Very well maintained and very well appointed. The hosts are attentive and respond to questions promptly. The house was well stocked with all essentials Highly recommended.」

「Host makes exceptional efforts to make improvements when needed. The 3 levels provided individual privacy for our large group. We had a pleasant stay.Thank you Rose for your friendly hospitality.」
