With people living and walking around upstairs, the "white noise" machine worked wonders while trying to sleep.One negative, Being in the basement is already the coolest portion of the home, but when the residents upstairs like their rooms cool, it sure makes the basement that much colder. Nothing a good wrap around blanket can't fix.」

「The property was clean and smelled so good! David replied quickly to our questions. You can tell the house is older, but has been updated and so cute. Beds were comfortable. If we come back to town, we'll definitely stay there!」

Although important in another setting for us, it was very thoughtful to have both a low clearance shower and a tub and no steps. I was here on business but easily would work for aging parents on a family trip. Fantastic experience!」

「Its an old flip. For hastings its fine, better than a hotel. The family across the street kept having verbal disputes. The floors are suspect. The place felt/smelled damp. 」
