「We loved the deck overlooking the river! Beautiful view!」

「Loved the goat and peacocks」

「Mario and Ramrattee were great hosts. We were in town for our family reunion. They made sure that we had a home away from home. The house was very clean and stocked with amenities and snacks. They ensured that we were comfortable. They were very responsive. We had 6 adults. There was adequate space. I would recommend this property.」

「This place was perfect for what we needed. Everything was very clean. My kids loved the treats and we were very appreciative of all the extra things like kcups, half n half, bottles of water, soap and shampoo in the shower!」

「What a great little getaway next to the Suwannee River. Very peaceful. The game room was an added bonus. We would definitely return」

「A wonderful getaway. So peaceful and relaxing. We had a small gathering of friends and family. Plenty of room and activities. The kayaks were wonderful. So much wildlife to see. My favorite spot was down by the River in the mornings. Everyone had an amazing time. We didn't want to leave!」

「For an older hotel, it is still in pretty good shape, it's well maintained. It's on the edge of town, so it's very quite and just 5 mins away from downtown. Staff is very friendly!」

「Didn’t get correct unit. Was supposed to have 2 Queen beds. Was in a Studio. Website was hacked(?) and said day of listing in Jacksonville Florida. Host very responsive when called directly.」

「Perfect location and so comfy after our long days at the race track. We will definitely be back. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay.」
