「The staff are friendly and go out of their way to accommodate their guests. The management team is the best I’ve seen at any location I’ve vacationed before. The honeymoon room was set up with rose pedals, kissing doves and wine. Also, now with covid testing requirements to renter into the USA, they have a partnership with a medical clinic that comes to the hotel for rapid testing. I had NO problems at the airport boarding my plane. Did I mention...some of the BEST Haitian food I’ve ever...

「During my stay, I only had internet access the first night I arrived. That same night, I was unable to communicate with anyone, which caused my friends and family to panic, thinking something had happened to me. When I asked the staff what was wrong with the internet, I received vague and inconsistent explanations. By the second night, I was determined to let my friends and family know I was safe. I asked the front desk if they could help me make a local call, but I was told it could only be...

「The hotel is located near the seaside walk in the old part of the town. Although some buildings in the area collapsed in the 2010 earthquake, the atmosphere remains historic and appreciable. The hotel is also old, but in good conditions. I liked the calm artistic restaurant. In the room I stayed, there were several mosquitos as well as gaps between doors for more mosquitos to enter. When I asked for solution, the hotel sprayed insecticides. I found it effective. Thank you.」

「I can not blame the property because I was the only guest at the hotel.The neighborhood is unsafe.I would be better to keep this property off your hotels selection.Only one hour of running electricity.」
