「フロント、部屋に関してはとても満足しております。 しかし朝食の時のスタッフの対応は最悪です。 バイキング形式の朝食で料理がないものがありますが補充されない。 ドリンクはコーヒーしかない。（他のドリンクは補充されない） フォーを頼んブンを出す。（フォーはないらしい） ９時になるとスタッフが朝食を食べ始めますが手で料理をつかみながら歩いている。 最後の対応が悪かったことが残念です」

「初めてヴィンパールHotelに泊まり、エントランスも広々と清潔で雰囲気も良く、エレベーターはカードキーがなければ動かないシステムでセキュリティも万全で安心しました。ただシャンプーリンスを使用したら髪がギシギシになりそれが不満で残念です。でも次回もここに宿泊したいと思います。ありがとうございました。」

「Ok so I have very mixed feelings about my stay here. It was odd. This is a magnificent oceanfront hotel in the middle of nowhere and it’s apparently almost completely void of guests the majority of the time. I’ve never seen anything like it. This place is massive. The common area could easily entertain 1000+ people; I think that’s a low estimate. There is a huge breakfast area that was empty the four days I was there. I will say management needs to get their act together. With an empty hotel...

「現在改装工事中で、昼間はうるさいです。 団体の子供たちが、同じ階にたくさん居て、うるさかった。 近くにスーパーがあり、水やお酒つまみの調達には便利です。 ホテルの周りにタクシーも待機しているので、移動にも便利です。 駅からすぐのように見えますが、１Kmくらい（以上？）離れています。 朝食は、あまり種類がありませんが、卵はその場で焼いてくれます。」

「チェックイン時に、キングベッドの部屋を予約していたが、シングルベッドが２台の部屋とどちらがいいかと尋ねられ不審に思ったが、後者の部屋が眺めも良くバスタブもあり、良い対応をしていただいたと思いました。アーリーチェックインと連絡しておりそれができなかったのが良くなかったが、たった一泊でも、休憩時におちゃをだしてくれるなど、親切に対応していただき気持ちよかったです。」
