「Overall very good, but was a shame not to have better wifi and air conditioning. Was a particularly hot time to stay there, so may normally be fine, but just worth knowing for warmer weather!」

「Hotel is all about location - stunning views and ideal for exploring result of beautiful Alderney. Most of the staff are very friendly and helpful, especially receptionists. Room well equipped and comfortable - once had window restraints removed (otherwise very hot as no aircon). Noise from people on terrace below, which is understandable but be aware if booking Seaview room, and staff from Divers Bar, owned by hotel, noisily throwing empty bottles into bins after bar shut. Not impressed...

「Loved our room with a balcony overlooking the beautiful bay. The catering for the Sunday gig was delicious as was the breakfast and all food . The staff were so helpful and efficient」

「ホテルのおばさんの愛想のなさはこれまで経験したことがないほどでした。ネットの接続がうまくゆかなくて、尋ねたがつっけんどんの返事。おまけに玄関のドアのカギは調子が悪く、一度夜に外から帰ってきて開かず、携帯電話も持っていなかったので連絡もできず、シャットアウトされてしまった。寒い風の吹く中を。ホテルは交通量の多い道路沿いのためやかましく、立て付けが悪いため隙間風がヒューヒュー唸っている。深夜に、目の前のパブで酔っぱらった連中がケンカ乱闘騒ぎを起こし、警察と救急が来る始末。」

「Big spacious hotel with good amenities, great breakfast choices and friendly staff. Loved the free use of the spa facilities during our stay. The room furniture is dated and with no room aircon so it can get hot at night but that’s the only criticism.」

「Lovely property with some character. The room was a very good size. Good both breakfast and evening meals were excellent. Staff helpful and accommodating. The bus into town stops very close to the hotel and the return bus right outside the hotel, 41 & 42. We had a great time and are going back on September as they had offered a discount for a return visit this year. My only small disappointment is that the bar is not open every evening. Every thing else perfect.」

「The room and en-suite were lovely - beautifully appointed and very quiet. Just what we needed. The staff went out of their way to help. There are three car parks and we had no trouble parking. Breakfast was excellent with a choice of food for every taste. There are three restaurants, The Ocean, The Steak House and Buho (serving Mexican food). Sadly, The Ocean was only open one night during our four night stay as the fish dishes there were excellent. Seemed such a shame as Guernsey is...
