「We had a great time! The house was very clean and well stocked! The view from the decks were a favorite of everyone’s! 」

「We didn’t get to stay long because of the amount of rain that dumped on central Texas it flooded the rivers, which was not anyones fault. But the place was great. Cute perfect for our family and we will be going back to enjoy our stay. The owner was super helpful and communicated great with us during our stay. 」

「The area was quiet and peaceful, the whole property was comfortable and relaxing, the kids loved the easy access to the river, and being able to use the kayaks and other water toys made nice we did not have to worry about anything. They provided the life jackets as well to keep us safe! That was a huge plus for this mama to enjoy this! we loved the whole property! 」

「This home was perfect for our cousin trip. The many bedrooms, bathrooms and kitchenettes gave everyone ample space to call their own. We loved having a guest house to use also. The private access to the river in our backyard made it super fun to spend the days and the huge fire pit was perfect for starry nights (and s'mores!). 」

「Cozy Cabin sums it up. Easy check in. Small; but, neat and clean. A handful of nice spices for the barbecue if needed. Swimming in the river is a little tricky since there is a "wall" directly in front of the property. About 100 yards down, is the boat ramp where you can enter easier. I didn't use the pool; but, checked it out. It looked nice, with a couple of cabanas that would give you your own space. Has a communal washer / dryer attached to the back side of it. Not sure how many properties...

「Great location! Close to lots of things so we were never bored.We really enjoyed the backyard. The kids fished and used the pool. We did not swim in the lake, but I think we could have.Check in and out were easy, no complications. We would definitely rent it again.」
