「So much room for my daughter to explore nature & play.」

「Clean rooms.」

「We were met in the parking lot by someone checking out stating they had a bag of peanuts and found a rodent eating them. No TV ( they had been down for 2 days), the pool was already shut down. Everything was either worn or dirty in the lobby along with the lobby bathroom. Didn’t even wait to bother looking at the room. My husband sent me to our truck to start looking for a room some place else while he spoke with the front desk.」

「This was great: clean, friendly, comfortable, affordable, very good breakfast. Just two minor issues - but not big enough to lower the 5 Star rating: 1) the walls seem pretty thin and I could, at times, hear the people in the next room, and the traffic noise was pretty loud. 2) although the breakfast was tasty and plentiful, I had to wait for the eggs. Then I had to wait for bacon. It was a Sunday morning and didn’t seem to be all that busy. But overall, a very good stay.」

「Walk in shower for husband. Room was clean and had all white bedding which brightens the room and allows for clear view if bedbugs were present. Staff were friendly and helpful. I reported an issue which does not need mentioned here and they apologized and noted our room number. No apologies were needed it was a for your information not a complaint. Having hot food available at breakfast is nice. Along with individual ceral for those who can not eat gluten.」

「Clean, quiet, and well-maintained. Easy access to the interstate and close to gas and food. Recommend staying here if you're traveling through or staying for a few days.」

「Staff were great. Location is very convenient. Facilities and room could be cleaner. Strong Odor of stale smoke/vape, even though facilities were non smoking. Air quality in room was not good… felt damp.」

「Needs some maintenance but it is clean. Trains runs alot and gets loud but didn't mind the trains. Nice people.」

「I’ve been staying at this motel for more than 15 years and it never disappoints. The rooms are always clean and the staff is very friendly. The only drawback is that pool is not functional at the moment, however, the owner stated he was working on getting it repaired or replaced. I’ll always stay at this motel every time I’m in Grayson.」

「Like being at home! Super close to the fairgrounds for the Rock the Country Festival! A sweet lil home that will make you feel like a visit to your grandmas house! So much attention to detail. Snacks provided. Just a lot of extras most VRBO people don’t provide! Highly recommend it!! Slept like a baby!!」

「Our host could not have been more accommodating. All the rooms were immaculate. Beds and bedding were comfortable cozy. She has paid a lot of attention to her guests comfort. We were in the area for my Mothers funeral. This home was the perfect place for the family to gather after to remember her.」
