「The house was very large and spacious. It is close to other houses which wasn't crazy about but still a nice stay and neighbors weren't loud. Tracy was very helpful and responded quickly whenever emailed or called/texted. The house is close to Pigeon Forge and Sevierville (10-15min) and Gatlinburg is 30-40min (traffic depending). The pool was down for repairs but Tracy was very generous and offered us alternatives since a pool is one thing we have to have during our stay. Overall I would...

「I gave it a 4 but it’s really a 3.5. Good location on the water. Great view. Plenty of beds (two families, total of 9 people). Dock was ok / sufficient for a weekend. Jet ski port was great. There’s not really a fire pit at the property… it’s just a circle of concrete blocks close to two buildings with very tall grass around it. The basement ceiling is very low so even a 5’5” person has to bend down to shower. The upstairs bedroom has an exhaust fan in it, with a sign that says to turn the fan...
