「After BOOKING I was sent a message with some booking info. In that message there was a “total price from channel: fee” I overlooked that IMPORTANT detail! After checking out I reviewed my bank statement noticed that I had a charge in that same exact amount. I went back to message the property letting them know about that charge. Well little did I know that’s a “reservation fee”. If I would’ve known prior to booking I would’ve just booked the Albert Hotel on Main literally ended up costing me...

「Just as described. Entering the property was easy. Someone mentioned the road inside the property was difficult and rough. It's a gravel road with some dips but easily manageable with a small SUV. Access to the house through a keypad was easy. The house was exactly like the pics. Full size fridge and oven. Microwave, toaster, dishwasher, and a coffee maker with Folgers in the fridge. 「The stable was a perfect location to be out of town but yet close enough to downtown. It was very clean and cozy. For a weekend get away it had what one would need. The 2 bedroom was spacious enough if there was another couple. Check in and check out very easy. Great pizza buffet in the shared parking lot. 」

「The hot tub was great! Coffee so so. My husband gets up @ 6am. Me @ 8 a keurig is much more user friendly when only 2 c of coffee are needed. Nice & quiet but still close enough to town. Disappointed there was a burn ban so no fire pit. We understand burn bans as we are E. Texans. But since it has been in effect since Oct. 14 I feel it should have been stated in your description. We were looking forward to sitting outside. Oh well…….」
