「いくつかの書き込みにもあるとおり街の中心街から遠いいうえに急な坂道を登り降りしないとならないのでアクセスはよくありません。フレンドリーと聞いていたスタッフですが、質問しても面倒くさそうに答えるしタクシーを頼んでも外に駐車しているからと呼んでくれないし。実際には駐車などしていなくて流しのタクシーを止めて利用、戸惑っていた私を助けてくれたお掃除のスタッフの方がよっぽど親切でした。ただ、周りは住宅街なのでとても静かだし眺めもいいので部屋のベランダでのんびりするにはもってこいのホテルだと思いました。時間と余裕のある旅行者向きだと思いました。」

「Each day the staff helped me to get a taxi as I could not speak Georgian. The breakfast was delicious and plenty of it, times were lengthened to ensure guests who were going out early could get breakfast. Although no kettle in the room, there was easy access to the kitchen to make a cup of tea or coffee. I brought along a small flask for hot water after reading a previous review.
