「We absolutely loved the Grandview Condos! We were a little leery about staying in a condo community vs a known resort like the Ritz or Marriott, but we are so glad we did! Location was perfect - central to any excursion, easy to get in and out, and close to all the food and shopping. Our unit in particular was awesome! 「The only recommendation is to purchase some sort of small vacuum to vacuum sand and then dispose of the sand in garbage can. As I am sure you are aware the sand was everywhere.」

「The ocean sounds and view were spectacular. The condo was roomy and cozy with plenty of room to spread out. We walked everywhere. We felt like locals. Also the grounds and the pool are meticulously kept. A huge shout out to Carol who has the fastest and most effective communication I’ve ever experienced.」

「We had a great time here at Joes place! The condo has a gorgeous oceanfront view and the beach is well taken care of as well as the pool and swim up bar. I will say that it is recommended to rent a car as the resort that used to be Margaritaville is abandoned (bought by the Hyatt to be opened in 2028) so there isn’t a convenience store near by, so you will need a taxi or a rented car to get around. We had a great time and will definitely come back!」
