「A great open floor plan downstairs and plenty of privacy in the bedrooms upstairs. The location allowed a lot of privacy, but it was only a five minute drive to restaurants, grocery stores and other essential shoppers. We really enjoyed our stay and are thinking of booking again 」

「Had a fantastic weekend at Dell’s Highbanks location. An amazingly beautiful curated space with everything you could want. Had the catered charcuterie plate and it was both delicious and huge. Great location for the sunrise and only a minute away from the Perry entrance to Letchworth State park (which is a must see). Enjoyed the Silver Lake Brewery, the bookstores and coffee shops in the town of Perry. Definitely could have spent more time in the area. Guess we’ll need to plan another...

「Rated 4/5 because of the exterior. The entrance requires lighting at night. The rear steps need to be repaired. Lastly, there was an excessive amount of fallen leaves, and due to rain it was very slippery. The interior was great!」

「Fun family friendly place with lots of games to choose from! Close proximity to Letchworth State Park. Such a beautiful park with 3 easy to access waterfalls!」

「Extremely welcoming kind and considerate hostess. More than enough and then some more washer and dryer even laundry detergent. The kitchen is ready for a nice meal with everything you would need to prepare it. The bathroom has toiletries and plenty of them I must say they really thought of everything. I would definitely stay there again.」

「The house is huge and full of charm. Each room had dry shampoo and deodorant and the bathrooms were fully stocked with anything you could possibly need! Would absolutely stay again. Also! We saw an adorable frog in the pond. Amazing.」

「Kitchen was not fully equipped but it was well equipped. Be sure to bring plastic wrap, aluminum foil etc and any specialty equipment you made need if you're making something special.」
