「My stay in thus hotel was perfect. Super convenient location and most of all staffs are friendly and helpful. Thanks to Ms. Catherine Qian, i could enjoy nice beef noodles and go to Bingling temple without any trouble. If anyone wants to go to Lanzhou, i will recommend this hotel.」

「This hotel is incredible! Really amazing stay in luxury hotel with the biggest and best equiped gym I have ever seen. Also the 50m pool is incredible. Of course all luxury and service you expect from Hyatt is there including great food and drinks. Highly recommend this place and I will stay there during my next visits in Lanzhou. 」

「super grosszuegige Anlage, fast im Stil einer Kuxus-Karawanserei , direkt am Rande der phantastischen Mingsha- Duenen bei Dunhuang gelegen. Alle unsere erwartungen wurden eubertroffen, sowohl , was Lage, Komfort, Service angeht. Fruehstuecksbuffet erstklassig. Abendessen auf der Dachterrasse, die wir wegen der Aussicht und Ruhe bevorzugten, hinreichend , teils westlich angepasst . Im eigentlichen Restaurant- gebaeude waren wir nicht- sah aber sehr gut aus - chinesisch- luxuriös.」

「This really is a very good Hotel in the small town of Mian Yang. I had a high floor room with Kingsize bed which seemed very new and was spotlessly clean. TV had HD channels including CCTV5+ which is good for European sports including Football and F1. Coffee making facilities plus the bathroom had shampoo conditioner and accessories. 「空港直結で便利　ただ地下鉄からのアクセスがややわかりにくかった　朝食が早朝発の便には間に合わないので、もう少し早くしてもらいたい　フロントの対応や、部屋の清潔さは問題なしで快適であった」

「Good location, but the internet needs to improve. Internet speed is slow and always lost connection. Breakfast is standard.」

「The room was nice and comfortable. I was disappointed that there were no food options. There were vending machines in the lobby for beverages but the machines were broken. 」

「No free parking provided. Hotel shares the building with lots of companies, kinda of a mess. Many stains on the carpet, seems never cleaned before. Bedding is comfortable, breakfast is Ok.」
