「very clean and had a great smell」

「I liked the quietness & location. Did not like a couple of guys outside between 2 -5 talking louder than normal & woke me up twice.. I was nice & did not bother them or say anything to provoke ill feelings.」

「Everytime we come to Mt. Pleasant we like to stay here. The hotel is very affordable and the rooms are always clean. 」

「Took myself a little "man" retreat here to spend some focused time on a project. I setup on the huge patio. Internet was great. Outdoors was quiet, especially later in the evening when there was next to no traffic on the nearby road. It was just absolutely perfect in every way. I saw old reviews mention the bed needing replacement and I believe that it has been as it was also perfect.」

「The home was very clean and offered plenty of space for our group. However, there was a strong smell. Maybe from being shut up for an extended period of time? One of the boys in our group said “it smells like old people in here.” I would have to agree that it was definitely a smell like an older home has sometimes. Not as well stocked as many similar properties we’ve stayed in, but had a few items handy (paper towels, toothpaste, soap). One big one is coffee! There is a pot and filters, but...

「Our church Leadership group had a retreat here and it was the PERFEECT place for our event! Every bedroom was spotless, comfortable, and nicely furnished! Bathrooms were great - everyone had their own space and the common areas were fantastic as well. Checking in and out were a breeze - just can't say enough good things about this place. If you are considering it for an event - don't hesitate! You will love it!」

Our host Kristin prepared the accommodations to include a pair of anniversary congratulatory balloons and a bottle of wine as my wife and I celebrated our 27th years of marriage. 」
