「We had a very disturbing and uncomfortable experience during our stay.
At around 1:00 AM, while my family and I were in the bedroom preparing to sleep, I suddenly opened the window and was shocked to find an elderly man standing outside, apparently looking through our bedroom window and listening to us. 「I was not able to find or locate the property; the host gave no entry instructions and did not respond to multiple attempts to communicate. I ended up stranded with nowhere to stay. And then they had the audacity to cancel the reservation a day AFTER my reservation and put down "violated rules of the property" as the reason. Zero stars, this is a scam.」
