These are privately owned apartments.There is no reception but rather a guy sitting in his van next to a mobile grocery store servicing the few units. The apartment was not cleaned once the previous guests left. The bathroom was extremely filthy with rags used to clean the floor pushed to a corner of the bathroom. "The Riad style accommodation gave a sense of splendor and authenticity. The location was convenient being within the Medina and a 20 minute walk to the beach. The staff were warm and helpful and the room was clean and comfortable. However basic in terms of amenities you have to factor in the price. There was a bit of loud building work going on which wasn’t ideal. Overall, would happily stay there again."

"We arrived later in the day than planned due to some travel issues and the check in person was really helpful telling us restaurant and room service was still open. He also ordered a taxi for us for early the next morning to get to our flight and suggested making it just after breakfast opens so we could quickly grab a coffee in the morning. We really appreciated his help. However there was a lack of info in the room to obtain room service dinner. We had to go downstairs to take a photo of the restaurant menu and then either go back up and phone for food, or order food while down there!"

"I want to start off by giving a big big shout out to Soukayna. She made my check in seem seamless she She handled all the details like a true professional. I would look forward to saying hello to her in the morning she was that pleasant. As for the hotel it's okay the rooms don't have safes The free breakfast in my opinion was dismal no fruits no omelets could have been a whole lot better. As far as the location is concerned you're in the middle of nowhere but you are close to everything. Meaning you can't walk outside the hotel and go anywhere unless you have a car. I tried to get an in-driver once after 40 minutes someone finally accepted the ride and then called me up and told me he wanted double not the hotel's fault just the location. Lastly you cannot get anything delivered to this hotel. So your options are eating at the hotel's restaurant lunch and dinner had decent Buffet along with a menu. That's for the price I thought the price was fair if you compare it to the rest of 10 years at this time of year"
