「I tried to call them from Japan because I wanted to make sure that the shuttle bus would come to the airport to pick me up . However, the phone numbers are old, and I have never got to reach them. Shuttle bus never showed up when I have arrived at the airport despite the fact I have booked the shuttle service when I booked the room on this hotel. I am no satisfied with this hotel service」

「The property overall is lovely, and you feel very welcomed by the staff immediately. There is a bar on the 7th floor and it is a nice place to enjoy the sights and sounds of the busy area of Bole. The pool is lovely for families and those who wish to exercise. It is in the open I felt shy didn’t want hotel guests watching me so i didn’t use it at night. The morning was good to use and so was the gym. The Indian restaurant was great and the breakfast buffet had something for everyone....
