「The complimentary breakfast was excellent! There was a great variety of fresh, delicious options, and everything was well stocked. The dining area was clean, and the staff was friendly and attentive. It was a wonderful way to start each day of our stay. Highly recommended!」

「Room was updated, that you would think you’re on a higher tier hotel but, the room was not clean at all: the bathtub had the water line marked around and at the bottom. The bathroom door had hand marks; the toilet floor were so dusty. The sink: there was a toothpick by the sink’s mirror, the faucet had water marks like when you don’t wipe them forever. I had to wipe the desk to use it and decided not to use the chair as it had dust build up. Because of all that we used socks while in there, and...

「It was nice and quiet. It just seems that all the repairs done in that room were visible all the patches in the restroom. The door had a horrible drag. The toilet was crooked, was off to the left. The beds were great and so was tha A/C. I loved the chairs and table that were provided they were comfortable. The lamps were old but worked.」

「The manager was very disrespectful, rude to me. She told me that she was yelling at me after every time I come to Odessa I booked this hotel. I had to go and bring my belongings. The truth is that I have an Expedia customer and nothing had ever happened to me on my trips. I don't know how these hotels can be in the name of uatedes.」

「Hair everywhere. Booger on the wall. The freezer didn't freeze. The floor had a big bubble ready to fall apart」

「During our stay the front desk was not monitored. Not only is this a safety concern, but one gentleman had been waiting 30+ minutes to check in. We wanted to purchase items from market and had to write a note to charge our room. It was just strange!」

「The staff was friendly and made us feel welcomed. Unfortunately, when we walked into the room, the room itself was clean but our bathroom was completely trashed. Seemed like workers were fixing the restroom. Dirty towels everywhere. Trash on the floor and in the sink. Trash can was overfilled. No bed sheets for the sofa bed」
