「Room was clean and loved all the servers but the policy of the property doesn’t really make any sense. They don’t allow you to bring in towel to the water park but they don’t also provide you with one. They make you pay extra for the seating area as well. The spa front desk was rude.」

「The place needs a lot of investment and renovation. Pool is out of use. The restaurant is just OK. Food is not impressive. The breakfast buffet when offered is poor. Yet you can order omelet and toasted bread. Very nice people, ready to do the extra mile for you but English is a challenge for almost everybody. My room was very small but I had mosquito screen in the window. No A/C. Fans available upon request. Shower extremely small, yet full toiletries supplied. Overall it is a good value for...
