「The whole place should be shut down the pool was closed because of health inspections and my bed was broken and I woke up and ants were crawling all over me I have pictures where I had brought food back from breakfast went to bathroom came back ants all over the food after I woke up to a few crawling on me sleeping I took pictures too showed front desk supposed to refund something we’ll see. 」

「A lot of kids stayed for sports tournaments and the breakfast bar was a mess due to them and staff could not keep up. 」

「I'm a grandmother who travels extensively with my grandkids, who play travel ball. I've stay in hotels all over the united states and this was the first who asked you to pay an additional $30.00 an hour if you requested a late checkout! I thought that the hotels are in the business of providing hospitality, they most definitely are in the wrong business!」

「There was plenty of parking but that is the extent of the pluses. The person who checked me in did not code the key card properly so that was the first thing. The ice machine was broken. The sheets had an acne sticker fused to the sheet. There was a spot of blood on the sheet as well. The water was very hot in the sink but just a little over warm in the shower. The shower head needs replacing or the water pressure is just terrible but all it did was a little more than a trickle. We went down for...

「Host was extremely flexible with letting us change our dates due to weather conditions and cancellation of our event. Easy check in and house worked out perfect for our stay. Are heading back next weekend for our rescheduled event! 」

「Made the booking and the booking was lost and the property made no effort to resolve the issue. I was told it was my responsibility to figure out what was going on. I made the reservation, received the confirmation and was charged for the transaction. I spent near two hours on the phone mostly on hold. 」
