「Room is comfortable ad excellent design, ideal for short stays. I would definitely choose to stay at this hotel again - top marks!!」

「下調べをしないで予約してしまうと大変なホテルです。（調べる手段が少ないですが・・・） ホテルにはタクシーではいけません。ホテル専用のボート乗り場に行き、ホテル専用のボートで反対岸に渡ります。（ボート乗り場にたどり着けたことが奇跡です。） ホテルに電話連絡をしない限り、ボートのお迎えは来てくれません。私の携帯は電話は使用しないでインターネットのみ使用可能の携帯だったので、伝わらない英語やベトナム語を並べてタクシーの運転手に電話連絡してもらいました。（ボートは連絡して30分後に到着） １Fフロント、２Fレストランの建物以外は全部個室テントです。ここに渡ってしまったら何もする事がありません。 テントのベランダからラック湖をひたすら眺めるだけです。 チェックインするなら、ブオンジュンなどで遊んできてから夕方～夜にチェックインするのがお勧めです。 とにかく料金は全て高いです。朝食付きではありません。エクスペディアの予約は朝食込みになってましたが付いていませんでした。夕食・朝食・空港までのタクシーで170万VNﾄﾞﾝ近く払いました。」

「部屋は清潔感あり、バスタブもあって、朝のビュッフェも美味しく、とても快適でした！」

「窓なしの部屋だったが湿気がこもることもなく、快適に過ごせた。 朝食で日替わりでベトナム色んな麺を食べることが出来るのが嬉しかった。 市場やスーパーもあり、レストランも近くに多いので便利。 戦勝記念塔のある中心部まで行かなくても十分栄えている。」

「スタッフがとても親切。最善を尽くしてくれます。 バスターミナルからもそんなに離れているわけではなく、閑静な住宅街にあり、周辺は洗練されたカフェもあります。ただすぐ近くには一人で食べられるような店は見つかりませんでした。そこが少し大変でした。」

「３度目の利用です。このホテルは、3つ星エリアと4つ星エリアに分かれています。 3つ星エリアも悪くはないのですが、バーとレストランが4つ星エリアにしかないようです。あとは、若干古く感じます(恐らく先に作られたエリアでは？) ホテル内のレストランを利用しましたが、若干高いですが美味しいです。カクテルが好きなので、カクテルが一緒に注文できるのはポイント高いです。ダクルコスペシャルを頼みましたがなかなかイケます。 あと、朝食は美味しいです。ベトナムコーヒーの産地だけあって、あの超濃いい本格的なベトナムコーヒーが飲めます。僕は好きなのでこれもポイント高いです。 」

「エアコンがOFFにしても止まらなかった」

「Reception staff could not find our online booking, wanted to charge $$ for free breakfast. Housekeeping & service staff were unprofessional and unpleasant:((」

「Staff are friendly, room small but clean. Bathroom too small & bad design, door couldn't close properly. We stay for 3 days but only had breakfast 1 day as the restaurant is renovating so terrible breakfast was ordered from next door. We had to go somewhere else for breakfast for next 2 days.」

「Everywhere really old, partially complete worn-out very dirty carpets. Super noisy from outside traffic. And they were not able to read/manage my special vegetarian request for breakfast. It‘s never worth the rating nor the money i had to pay.」

「First, it was hard to find the check in location. When we got to place, it was an apartment shared by multiple customers. When I stepped in the apartment, got screamed by a dude in the kitchen telling me to take off my shoes. The receptionist who accompanied us to the property tried to resolve the situation by going back to the office to figure out something. It was already a long day in car so we didn't want to deal with this, so we drove to the Elephant Hotel next door for a fast checkin and...

「Hotel reception was presentable, but the hallway on each floor was really old /dirty. All rooms, except one on 4th floor , without windows. Therefore there’s mead smell as we walked in, even though the room was clean with wood/plastic floor. We paid extra to get room with window, which helped a lot. Receptionist was very courteous and accommodating whatever we requested. We had to ask for everything incl housekeeping, water bottles, etc…we should not expect for more with the price we had paid...
