「This is my 2nd stay at this property. Everything you need is here and the location is super close to the State Park, Golf Course and Marina. All the rooms are comfortable and unit is well appointed. This is our go to place if we are fishing at the north end of Dale Hollow Lake. Dave is a great host and goes out of his way to make sure you are satisfied. 」

「This property was exactly what we were looking for! We are a multi generational family who got together for Thanksgiving and this was a perfect fit for great grandparents to a baby. We started each day for a walk, went on hikes during the day, played games and watched movies. It was a great space to spend time with each other but to also give space for when the college student needed to do some work or the baby needed to sleep.
