「I wasn’t expecting much for such a small, out of the way hotel. But I was pleasantly surprised. Clean and quiet and very nice staff. Breakfast was mid, but that’s kind of the norm for this kind of hotel.」

「The maids deserve the biggest compliment! For how outdated and gross the overall hotel was, the maids did the best they could with what they were given. But the hotel is due for a remodel. It works if you need cheap! 」

「We had a great stay! Crystal caught an error I made on the stay date, she was so kind to let my dog stay when I couldn't find a sitter, and was quick to take my call when I had a question. So glad to have a great place to stay in Dexter. Highly recommend!」

「I stayed at the cottage while attending the Walnut Valley Flatpicking Champoinship in Winfield. It was the perfect retreat for me. The bed was comfortable, I loved the air conditioning and the quiet. Dexter is a beautiful town in a beautiful part of Kansas. The cottage had everything I needed. 」

「This hotel is not associated with Hotels.com anymore. I booked my room one year in advance and I got there and there was no vacancy. This business needs to be removed from Hotels.com so it doesn’t happen to somebody else. It was very frustrating and I had to buy camping gear last minute at Walmart, which was very costly. 」
