ロンドンデリー県 ホテル

「Every bit was fabulous!」

「At best the photos are misleading. The chairs in the photo were not there. The cooking utensils were one very small saucepan. The cups were dirty. There were no towels, tea towels or toilet rolls or plug for the kitchen sink. Central heating was an infrared heater on the wall. The sink in the bathroom was rusty and discoloured the water. The whole room was grubby. The WiFi and tv did not work. Several people tried and failed to get it working. The outside area was run down with broken equipment...

「new, clean, good location, but room is small, and shower room does not have door.」

「Quality of facilities, staff attentiveness and good attitude. Loves the fridge being restocked each day for free. The hot tubs, pools and cabanas were brilliant. Breakfast in the river room.」

「Good!!」

「Very clean. The spa was great. Close to downtown.」

「One of the best hotels we’ve ever stayed at! What a gem in Portrush!!」

「Very good service and friendly staff, live music. 」

「I stayed this hotel on the way to the Causeway coast and Rathlin island. Reception lady was very friendly and check in process was quick. Our room was in the annex building that can be accessed through the bistro and covered corridor after check in. Accessible lift was there to take our luggage to the room on the 2nd floor but a little difficult to use it. Fortunately we could make it to upstairs, but we failed to use it when we checked out. I do not know why. Room faces to the east, calm enough...

「We had a lovely stay the room was spacious and clean, all the staff we interacted with were very polite and friendly! Great food in the bar and a good breakfast selection…we would be very happy to stay in the Everglades again.」

「The staff is very kind.」
