「The hacienda was spectacular, reminiscing of something out of a movie. They have plenty of beds for a large group such as ours. There are plenty of bathrooms so you don't need to rush as someone may be waiting to use it. Our hostess, Dani, speaks perfect English and went above and beyond to make sure our needs were handled. 「Estuvimos 2 horas fuera de la propiedad esperando que nos abrieran desde las 4 pm hora del chek in y no fue hasta las 18:15 que nos enviaron un correo diciendo que cancelaban la reservación por falta de espacio. Hacía más de dos meses que había hecho esa reservación y cómo es que nos avisan dos horas después del supuesto chek in, dejándonos en un lugar inseguro con una adulta mayor y un niño sin opción de hospedaje en otro sitio. Quisiera demandar formalmente al dueño de la propiedad por estada.」
