「Cozy beautiful home, great hosts」

「Very comfortable for 3 couples.」

「We chose this property for its proximity to Great Sand Dunes National Park, relying on the Expedia listing that promised A/C and a washer/dryer. Unfortunately, the house was very hot upon arrival, and the washer was broken. We had two main issues: Broken Washer: The washer was the primary reason we rented a house instead of a hotel. The owner later revealed a previous guest broke it, and they were unable to fix it. However, they failed to warn us in advance so we could make other laundry...

「This property was fantastic for our family. The view is incredible. The beds were comfortable and the host was friendly and a good communicator. I wish we could have stayed longer!」

「We came to do some bird watching and go to Great Sand Dunes National Park. There were several nesting sparrow species in the yard and the Park was great. It had great views and was clean inside. Could use a little clen up outside, but we live on a ranch and understand.」

「Great friendly host. Can’t wait to introduce my kids to the lamas. I would highly recommend this place to everyone.」

「Amazingly beautiful and so much bigger than I imagined. I almost felt bad for it just being the two of us with all that space. Everything is comfy and homey feeling, we did t want to leave and wished we could have stayed longer.」

「Hot tub a little sketchy」
