At the restaurant, Shirley was an outstanding waitress!! Overall a great experience. One of our recommendations is for the Hyatt to invest on replacing the rooms’s refrigerators as they just don’t work…we were at a Hyatt earlier this year in Cancun, MX and unfortunately experienced the same problem."

They helped me book not only a taxi, but even an excursion which was cheaper than what I was seeing Online. "Beautiful hotel, nicely combined with nature. Rooms are comfortable, stall is very friendly, service and food were excellent. My only critic is that although rooms are very large and comfortable, they lack storage space such as drawers to put your clothes, bathroom was very large but just have a mirror, sink and toilet. No shelves, cabinet for personal items and no towel racks for hand or face. Rooms are very dim lighted so difficult for women to have an adequate place for makeup."
