Le personnel d’accueil avec Abdel, Silvas et Candice était très professionnel et toujours dans prêt à répondre à nos demandes. Nous avons apprécié le jacuzzi, sauna, hammam et piscine après nos randos! Excellent séjour 」

「This is a great place for a visit to the mountains with (if you book this type of room) amazing views of the mountains in Flaine. The refurbished rooms were brilliant; big, ample storage, clean, well furnished kitchen) and the location is a nice walk into the village. The parking was easy and the staff were very friendly and helpful. We will be coming back.」

「We have had a fabulous few days here. I’m not sure we could have picked a better location (for the skiing and the town) We had the first few days without our luggage (it was lost en route to Geneva) and whilst it was not the fault of the hotel, this was such a difficult time for us, I feel like they maybe could have been more helpful given our circumstances so have rated the service a lower score. 」

「Enjoyed a fantastic 3 nights at Rockypop Flaine with 3 friends. Hotel is perfectly located for getting on to the slopes and our 1 bedroom appartement was spot on! Very spacious, clean, well equipped and comfy beds! Pool and spa also fantastic and a lovely treat at the end of a day skiing! Loved the fun nature and style of the hotel and hope to return with my family as great for kids as well! 」

「Excellent hotel the staff were super friendly and couldn’t do enough for you, breakfast was really enjoyable with plenty of selection, location is a 10min walk to the center, plus side is the bus stop is right outside of the hotel that takes you straight to the telecabine」

「Les gens de l accueil sont vraiment gentils et donnent des infos sur le secteur au besoin. Et cherche à vous aider. La chambre est simple et lumineuse. Ça fait petit cocon. La salle de bain à tout ce qu il faut. Et c’est joli et lumineux avec ce plafond reflechissant. J aurai pris un verre au bord de la piscine si le temps l’avait permis. ;)」

「Everything as expected, just to remember they will ask you to clean the rooms including bath rooms and toilet otherwise they will charge you. I don’t know if this place has additional cleaning done before you get the next guest checkin. 」
