「スタッフの皆さんが親切でフレンドリーでした。 スタンダードタイプのテントにも冷蔵庫と電気ケトル・お茶のセットが用意されています。 シャンプー、コンディショナー、ボディソープに加えボディミルクまで備わっています。 5月の宿泊で夜は冷えましたがテントに朝日が当たると部屋が暖房されたように暖まるので、シャワーは朝に浴びると快適です。 施設内の至る所でクオッカと出会えて、クオッカ好きには最高です！ 」

「チェックイン方法が分からない。 場所が分からない。 チェックインの場所から宿が遠すぎる。 便所が一つしかない。」

「パース到着が日曜夜だったので移動はタクシーのみ。料金と時間が想像以上にかかりました。事務所は午後六時までですからハウスの鍵を受け取るのに少し戸惑いましたが、当地宿泊の親切な方のヘルプで事なきをえました。それ以外は最高の自然環境を満喫しながら楽しめました。平日の移動はバスで十分でした。到着時間が遅い場合、事前に電話連絡をされるようお勧めします。」

「Josh was excellent in communicating with me such as how to get the keys and directions to the villa. It’s a great place to stay. Highly recommend. 」

「There is so much mould , blood on curtains and linen Wet linen in linen press Hair and stains on bed sheets pillows donnas Furniture is disgusting stains and food on them. Smearing on furniture where grot has been just wiped and smeared. Food and splatter on walls Holes in walls. Shower is mouldy and shower head is ----------- Overwhelming smell of some sort of cleaner I think maybe, Food still on utensils Dirty coffee cups in cupboard Chipped crockery Plus more」

「Let’s start on the good points, the house it’s self had a lot to offer. The layout of the property was good, great kitchen, lots of space and two bathrooms. First impressions was shocking, the front of the property was totally unkept and didn’t look like it had been cut or swept in ages. The furniture inside had not been moved and clean under and therefore the cleanliness of the property was awful. There was cheese still embedded on the cooking trays that made you wonder if any of the crockery...

「We may have been among the first to stay at this location but that's no excuse because the property is managed by a large group. They should have guided the owner that this property is not ready to be marketed. We never received an information guide. Had to call property management company to get entry code. Owner did not respond to our inquiries. There was no wi-fi as listed. Someone dropped off a temporary dongle but it provided poor connectivity. Sheet in second bedroom was ripped. Mirrors...
