「It is a above average 3 star hotel. Staff are very polite, courteous & always serving with smiles. Special thanks to Femmy in reception & Aneu in the restaurant. The restaurant provided very authentic & tasty local cuisine. Initially I was allocated room in the front but It was change straight away to room in the due traffic noise.」

「The building was maintained properly, each corners have its own unique spaces. From homy living room to picturesque pool. Definitely would comeback.」

「The pool needs to be cleaned, lots of algae on the bottom of the pool. There was a dead squirrel on the sidewalk outside our door for several hours. The floor in the bathroom is very rough, it is a trip hazard when using the bathroom at night. Two of us got sick eating at the restaurant, probably undercooked sate. Very noisy as a major road runs just outside the entrance.」

「The hotel food is too expensive.. are you guys kidding me ?? Sometimes the food is more expensive than jakarta... what are you guys thinking ??? The breakfast quiality was not even average.. by the way why there are only few employees during breakfast ?? The service was so slow」

「Pathetic, horrible experience, flies, mosquitoes and lizard in the room. Bedsheets, towels, pillows and toilet with bad odour. No fan, no air conditioning, sleeping in the heat, smell and dirt. Broken furniture, leakage shower, taps and wallwith patches. Why this hotel is listed in the HOTELS.COM is itself a shame and bad reputation for the HOTELS.COM Surprisingly the price for the walk in guests is far cheaper than the price quoted in hotels.com web page. Which it also means that Hotels.com...
