チャッティースガル ホテル

「This was a nightmare of a stay at this Mayfair resort and would NOT recommend this hotel to anyone. This is 40 mins outdooe the city of Raipur and the hotel Is dated and staff useless and there is no courtsey or professionalism. The staff members do not respond, their manager Sudip has poor communications. 「Everyone helped in making the stay very comfortable. The restaurant staff deserves separate mention for their hospitality」

「Wonderful rooftop view during dining at dinner」

「No proper room setup, checked in around midnight but room was untidy with all basic room amenities missing 」

「Quality of toiletries could get better. Staff could be trained to be more vigilant about patrons’ needs. They didn’t give me the breakfast saying I’m late. Had it been so, they could’ve told me earlier or could’ve served inside the room. I’d paid extra for the same.」

「They wont mention there is no internet/ wifi in the resort. They will also pretend to fix something that doesn’t exist. Not suitable for business travellers. Got stuck without work for 2 days 」

「Was a good choice for our work related travel.」
