「Chalet très bien organisé et aménagé avec tout le nécessaire pour une séjour agréable. Spacieux et chaleureux, les propriétaires répondent assez rapidement aux questions et messages. Processus de location quelque peu rigide et les frais de sûreté et d’assurances portent à confusion. Espace extérieur pourrait être amélioré.」

「Communication with the host was excellent and friendly. The views from bedrooms, living room, and hot tub are stunning. Everything in the home is nice quality and up to date. Comfortable seating and sleeping. Could not have asked for a better place to stay for skiing at Le Massif de Charlevoix and snowmobiling. Just 5 to 10 min to downtown BSP, so very convenient.」

「Very relaxing location. Love all aspect of the place. Kitchen fully equipped. Spa very enjoyable. Additionally when a safety concern arose, host’s team reacted promptly and to our satisfaction. Small issue with bed sheets cleanliness that was easily resolved on our own. 」

「fireplace didn't work, oven door wasn't closing, dishwasher top rack was broken and the hot tub water change was 54 days overdue. We emailed the hots a couple of times, someone came to check on ameneties but nothing was fixed during our week long stay」
