「The bunk bed was shaky and making a lot of noise」

「This was by far the best cottage I have stayed at and it was impeccable. Super amazing experience. The place was gorgeous and had amazing views out the extra large windows. Honestly the pictures dont do this place justice, it was so much better! The amenities were fantastic. The place has a hot tub, sauna, fire pit, fireplace, two large televisions, shuffleboard, pac man arcade game, many rooms, fantastic full kitchen with every appliance and utensil you could possibly need, and an outdoor...

「Very relaxing location. Love all aspect of the place. Kitchen fully equipped. Spa very enjoyable. Additionally when a safety concern arose, host’s team reacted promptly and to our satisfaction. Small issue with bed sheets cleanliness that was easily resolved on our own. 」

「Communication with the host was excellent and friendly. The views from bedrooms, living room, and hot tub are stunning. Everything in the home is nice quality and up to date. Comfortable seating and sleeping. Could not have asked for a better place to stay for skiing at Le Massif de Charlevoix and snowmobiling. Just 5 to 10 min to downtown BSP, so very convenient.」
