「Facilities are great, as is the service. The only (minor) downside is location is somewhat outside Chania. Taxi is €15 and is easily booked by the hotel. We would definitely go again.」

「Wonderful property with incredibly helpful staff. We arrived before check in time but they greeted us warmly. Our original room had stairs which might be difficult for us to navigate at night so they changed our room. The new room wasn't immediately available but they quickly finished the cleaning for us. We had lots of questions and they had lots of answers about things to do and places to go. We were told that if we needed reservations for a restaurant, they could help and we'd be treated...

「Sehr liebes Personal, super schöne Anlage, sehr sauber und entzückende Babykatzen - die unseren Aufenthalt heimeliger gemacht haben. Wenn wir wieder nach Kreta Nähe Chania kommen, dann bestimmt wieder in dieses Hotel. Sehr zu empfehlen. 」

「Everything was incredible from the moment we arrived. Early check in was available, the team arranged parking for our car. Had dinner both nights at the restaurant and can’t fault the food, my chef partner loved everything on the menu. Staff were so attentive and lovely. Good location if you’re looking for somewhere slightly out of town, a little quieter. Only a 20ish minute walk into old town. 」
