「My group stayed here for a baseball tournament (Th-Sun). Even though the neighbors aren’t as diligent at the upkeep of their properties, this property was well maintained and nicely equipped for all our needs. The gas range was a bonus and we cooked all our meals at the property. Everything was clean and tidy and we were happy to have a washer and a dryer with Tide detergent and Bounce sheets available for use. The property owner was very responsive when I messaged. We were 8min from the fields...

「Rented this home for U of I graduation. It is conveniently located - just about 5 minute drive to campus. Neighborhood is quaint and quiet. House had ample space and the kitchen had adequate amenities. Plenty of bath towels, toilet paper, dishwasher soap, paper towels supplied. We hung out in the backyard which had a nice patio table and chairs. Charming house in a charming, walkable area. We would certainly stay here again. 」

「The place is immaculate and beautiful designed. The yard is fenced in, which is great for my dog — but the next door neighbor has a dog (which is very sweet), so we kept my dog on a leash. Just a heads up if you have dogs who don't necessarily love other dogs. I used to live in this neighborhood and it's a great place for walks and a park nearby if you have a kiddo. Definitely recommend staying here! 」

「The College Town Cottage is lovely. My friends and I had a great time and were charmed by by the eclectic decor and cozy furnishings. We felt comfortable and safe and CU offers plenty of options for food, entertainment and adventures. All of the chargers for technology were greatly appreciated. It was clean and the kitchen was well stocked. The hosts were very responsive on the rare when we needed something or asked for a recommendation. We would definitely stay again.」
