「このホテルの評価が高い理由がわかりました。部屋もキレイで、シャワーの水圧も問題なし。なにより朝食が種類も多くて、美味しかったです。美味しいオムレツを朝から作ってくれるのが、とても嬉しかったです。スタッフの方もみなさん親切で、帰りに子供に本をくださいました。本当に良いホテルです。」

「Was horrible and dirty. Dead bugs on the floor. Walls peeling. Bath tub, toilet and sink stained. Stains on the carpet.」

「I needed a place with kitchen and laundry for my in-laws to stay for two weeks during their move here. Good communication prior to stay. Not far from Spearfish, so that was nice. House was ok. In-laws wanted to leave right away due to the smell and bugs.First problem was the map directions are slightly wrong, so you gotta figure out how to actually get there, and the house is not marked/numbered. Very difficult/dangerous to find in the dark. Second, walking in it smelled very musty/damp-reminded...

「The views from the porches are stunning—the pictures do not do it justice. The interior was impeccable, from space to cleanliness to having every amenity I could wish for right at my fingertips. The personal touches are everywhere, including cookies and a bottle of wine. The host was always available and responsive. We would strongly consider returning to Belle Fourche simply to stay at this guesthouse!!!」

「The house was super clean. Pillows and bed were very comfortable. Towels were excellent and they had unopened toothbrushes and other toiletries. A very nice welcome!」

「If they have staff it sure wasn’t visible. Couldn’t call they wouldn’t answer phone. Lucky if they answered text. People in and out of parking lot all night long. Abandoned cars in parking spots near wouldn’t turn off had to put ac on. No smoke detectors!! The girl that’s in charge didn’t have a clue what she was doing. Says office open from 8-8. That was a joke. 」
