「部屋も広くキレイ、フルキッチンも装備で長期滞在したいと思うほどに快適です。ただスーパーが遠いのが難点。もしかすると近場にあるのかもしれないけれど、私が行ったのは徒歩15分くらいの所のスーパーなので、他交通手段などがあれば本当に良い滞在ができると思います。 また私の誕生日にはバースデーカードとスモールギフトを部屋にまで運んできてくれて嬉しかったです！（時差ボケで寝ていましたが、起きたらキッチンに置いてあったので入ってこられたのかと思うとちょっとビックリでしたが。＾＾;） 」

「very cute, rustic fro sure. cabana for instance has no doors, the cabin is enclosed but really only has the one very large bed. my one major note is the cabin doorknob locked us out multiple times, we made a rule to keep the key outside for our stay but could cause a large issues if they don’t have a spare on the property.」

「We have been to many vacation homes but this one is our new favourite! The waterfront cabin is privately situated on the property, amidst beautifully maintained gardens and lawns. We were able to easily launch our sea kayaks using the stairs that lead down to the oceanfront. There were various decks we could use, with Adirondack chairs on the end of the dock, on a lower sun dock and bistro sets on the upper deck outside the cabin. It was convenient for us to be about 20 minutes outside the hustle and bustle of Victoria, and 20 minutes closer to Port Renfrew which we visited for the exeptional tidal pools at Botanical Beach. 「The property is unique. It is a cozy beachfront retreat. Perfect location for the Ironman event at Elk/Beaver Lake. Hosts were very clear with instructions/great communication and accurate description of the property. We loved our stay!! Well equipped and loved sitting in the sunroom sipping our coffee in the morning gazing out at the ocean and listening to the waves. Easy street parking too. 」

「We really enjoyed this peaceful and cozy home. The backyard was beautiful, we loved watching the birds and using the soaker tub and sauna. The inside was cozy and comfortable. Everyone had their own space, and we had a lot of fun playing darts and scrabble. The town of Sooke is very cute and the people were friendly. We travel quite a bit, and this has been one of my favorite places. I highly recommend staying here.」
