「Third time I’ve been to Delfin! Access to the beautiful, uncrowded beach right in front, complete with beach chairs and umbrellas, can’t be beat. Rooms aren’t fancy but are comfortable (the new mattresses are great!), and the AC was strong. Eduardo is my favorite bartender! I do wish they’d rethink the strategy of day passes for big groups (can hurt the experience for guests who are staying at the hotel and expect easy access to pool chairs, cabana, dining room, etc.). 」

「This beautiful log cabin is perched in the hills where the deck catches the mountain breezes. Bring binoculars for birdwatching! We lived on that deck! The air conditioning is once for sleeping, and the kitchen is small but functional. The drive up to the cabin from the main house is very steep, but we made it up without 4 wheel drive since I am used to driving up hills in snow and ice! If you are not, rent a 4 wheel drive vehicle. 「If you want privacy and peace, this is the place. It truly is only steps from the beautiful beach. We stayed here the first week of May, and there was hardly anyone around, and we consistently had the entire beach to ourselves. The house was comfortable and clean. The sound of the waves was incredible, and I didn't even need my Spotify app for sleep sound.
