「hotel is clean but communication is not good. you are supposed to receive e-mail about "key code" after 3pm but i did not receive it. i called reception but nobody came down to open entrance.」

「Oerlikon駅から歩いて２分程度で、買い物や外食には大変便利です。各部屋にキッチンと冷蔵庫が付いており、鍋や食器も揃っているので、毎日料理して食費を浮かせることができました。Wifiも問題ありませんでした。２週間以上の長期滞在でしたが、部屋の清掃とタオル交換は週一回行われていました。地下に共用の洗濯機が4-5台あるので、いつでも洗濯できます。洗濯後に乾かす物干し竿とアイロン、アイロン台も部屋にありました。（タオルは自分で洗うということだと思います。）フロントもないですし、普通のホテルとは違いますので、注意が必要ですが、私にとってはとても快適でした。予約すると、メールが送られてきたので、案内に従って登録して、鍵を得るためのコードをもらいました。事前にこれをしていないと現地で苦労することになります。９月中旬の滞在だったので、暑くも寒くもなく快適でしたが、冷房設備がないので、真夏は暑いかもしれません。大きな道路に面しているので、窓を開けていると騒々しいと思います。」

「Great location, modern and clean - like new. Comfy bed. Very compact and smaller than the photos show but it was fine for us. A 15 min walk to the main station and all sites in the old town plus the lake area nearby. 」

「best for young travelers who don’t mind being on a slightly noisy street (the rooms also have VERY thin walls, so you hear your neighbors, but that didn’t bother me). incredibly clean and modern. the only thing was the shade in the bathroom didn’t close, so the toilette was viewable from the street, i just hung up a towel to cover it and it worked just fine. overall great stay. felt very safe as a solo female traveler. 」

「decent aparthotel, not sure it's much better than regular hotel suites in the area due to lack of basic amenities like salt/pepper and regular dishwashing soap and shampoo (but brush and sponge are provided incidentally). One dishwasher pod is provided for your entire stay and the limited coffee pods for the proprietary machine are not replenished and cannot be purchased at any local store. Cleaner did come during stay to remove dishes from the dishwasher from the previous stay. May be they...

「Prompt response from the property Manager on some minor issues, Apartment was outdated but clean and spacious. Good Tram/Bus connection from Zurich station (10-15 mins) and grocery store very close by. 」

「Ich bin zufrieden. Die Vermieterin war freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Lage ist genial, vor allem mit Auto oder Fahrrad. Die Wohnung entsprach dem Inserat und war sauber. Preis / Leistung stimmt. Gerne wieder!」

「Lovely little apartments clean confortable good laundry room. Was a good stay abke to cook my own food and wash all my clothes after traveling for 3 weeks in hotel rooms this made the perfect change for me as i come to the end of my travels 」

「Leider war das Wetter in Meersburg Ende April aussergewöhnlich kalt und regnerisch, aber mit unserer Ferienwohnung hatten wir einen Glückstreffer gelandet. Die Wohnung war gemütlich, schön und bot allerhand Komfort. Die Aussicht auf den Bodensee hat uns bei jedem Wetter Abwechslung geboten und wir konnten uns kaum satt sehen. So hatten wir trotz schlechten Wetter eine schöne Zeit in Meersburg verbracht. Dank für alles.」

「Property is close to the city center, walkable to the train station. Communication was easy and instructions prior arrival was clear. Check in was easy, rooms are very spacious with full kitchen. Price was affordable. Great stat for my family of 9. Highly recommended and we would love to stay here again in the future.」
