「フロントでタクシーを頼むとHotelのバンがやって来ます。 それに乗ったら最後、高額のチップを請求され、雰囲気がぶち壊れ。 そのドライバー個人のマナーなのかわかりまけんが、 嫌な思いをしました。」

「エスカスにあるこのホテルは、中心地から少し離れていますが、近隣にはレストラン等(美味しい日本料理店あり)もあり食事には困りませんでした。家族５人で利用をしましたが、部屋には２階部屋もあり、広く清潔で快適でした。プール横には温水のジャクジーもあり、１２月でも気持ちよく利用できました。」

「良かった点: 施設がきれい・室内の設備が説明の通り良い・静か・周辺の道路が広く車で出入りしやすい・併設のACホテルの前にいる人(たぶん案内とかしてる係りの人)がとにかく親切・小さいスーパーやスタバ、パン屋さん、美容院などちょっとしたお店が敷地内にあって便利・外だが敷地内に喫煙所あり 残念だった点: 説明欄に空港送迎ありと記載あり選んだが、今はやっていないと言われた。併設ACホテルにシャトルバスがあったので、もしかしたら利用できるかもしれないが確認していない。チェックインが遅い時間になったので、受付に人がおらず苦労した。」

「Large area, clean rooms as well as surroundings. Friendly and helpful staff especially Jenny. Her directions to places was great. Accommodating kitchen utensils and cutlery point of view. It would have been nice if basic like oil and salt & pepper was provided. Entertainment wise it was a bit lacking. It did not allow to login to my netflix account or youtube. Overall we enjoyed our stay.」

「They pay attention to detail for the apartment, feels like going home, the host always answers the messages. I checked in after midnight and she answered every message as I got confused with the code to enter the property. Definitely a place to go back to. The apartment has everything that any person could ask for. Also outside the apartment there's a coffee machine that makes all kind of coffee.」

「The location is beautiful, safe, and picturesque. Breakfast was delicious, with something slightly different each day, and it was delivered right to our chalet. I stayed for 4 nights with my two teenage kids, and they absolutely loved the cosy look and feel of the chalet. Since it’s a mountain area, the mornings and evenings can get quite chilly, and rain can come at any time. Thankfully, the electric heated mattresses kept us warm and comfortable.
