「街の中心から少し離れていること、２〜３分歩けば、レストラン数件とスーパーもあり、快適にすごせた（街の中心地は夜もかなりうるさい）。 モンテベルデ自然保護区行きのバスも、ホテル前を通過するので、そこで捕まえればよかった。 部屋のハンモックでぼんやりしていると、目の前に、アグーチやモットモット、ハチドリが現れる。 また部屋に常備してくれているコーヒーも美味しく、スタッフも、ツアーなどの相談に丁寧に対応してくれた。」

「For reference we stayed in Atenas Costa Rica April 14th through April 19th. The house is gorgeous, and the view from the backyard is stunning. On two separate occasions toucans came to the tree in the backyard to feed on the berries. We also had 6 head of cows/ bulls wander up one morning while we enjoyed coffee on the back porch. The late afternoons did get warm, but we just cooled off in the pool. We did not see any rain while we were there. The nights do cool down, but was still a little...

「The property and experience were unforgettable. It all started with the most hospitable and helpful host, Emel. He made us feel welcome and even helped us get pizza delivery to the glamping tent. The tent is immaculate and the perfect window to the amazing greens and blues that mark the gorgeous horizon. The bathrooms and showers were flawless and kept you integrated with nature. I will remember this place forever and ever!」

「For our second week in Costa Rica, we chose this home in Atenas. The photos do not do it justice- it is such a wonderful and relaxing retreat. The private pool and outdoor shower allowed a connection no nature. Hammock and hanging chairs, lush landscaping, toucans…. Just too much to mention. We will return to this special place. Lizz did massages on the breezeway our last day to the sound of rain and the birds. Communication was excellent.」
