「You know this was a really nice hotel. It felt like heaven after the terrible bus ride to Bafoussam. The staff is so wonderful and I ended up having a great time with them. And the dining room is pretty cool with the paintings. I slept well there. My negative criticisms were things that turned up again and again with nearly every hotel reservation I made in all of my time in Cameroon and so I can’t directly blame this hotel: you reserve a room and arrive late at night only to learn they gave...

「設備は非常に古く、かつての山王のキャピタルヒルトン立て替え直前の時の様な状態。ただし、決して、ひどいものではなく、単に古いということ。サービスを含めて、普通レベルの国際的スタンダードを十分備えているといえる。ジムも古いが広くて設備は十分。24時間利用可能。出来た当初は、素晴らしいホテルと感じられたことでしょう。朝食については、ビュッフェセレクション、味ともに、しっかりしています。エグゼクティブラウンジはやや手狭ではあるものの、料理･飲み物等、十分満足なレベル。メインダイニングが、夜、営業していないのは大きな難点（昼のランチのみ）。料金＄３００/泊程度に比較すると、他に競争相手がいれば、値段の価値はなし。しかし、恐らくカメルーンで一番良いホテルで、このくらいしか国際レベルのホテルがないことを考えれば、他のチョイスはない。一般的な最低限の国際的なスタンダードで、宿泊してホッとできることを期待するのであれば、値段に関係なく、このホテルしかない。ちなみに、値段と施設･サービスの相対感だけを考えれば、バンコクだったらネット割引で＄１００を少し切るくらいの値段でなければ誰も泊まらないだろう。」

「The reservation process needs to be reviewed: for a second time this year, I arrived only to find out that they did not have my reservation. Apparently, according to the property, reservations are not transmitted to them in a timely manner. Let’s work on this Expedia, so we can avoid the embarrassment of arriving and being told that they do not have our room!」

「The reliability of the elevators was questionable, but otherwise the hotel was well maintained. The staff were all extremely friendly and helpful. There was a reasonable variety of dinner menu options and everything I ordered was very delicious. The breakfast was also very good.」

「We visited Cameroon for 2 weeks. We stayed at this hotel the last 2 days of the trip and were very pleased. Many other hotels we used were really poor. The Hôtel Bano Palace was a pleasure and the shuttle to the airport was great. The pool was clean and nice, a cocktail by the pool made for a nice evening. Thumbs up by our family. 」
