「This was the perfect place for my group and our needs. Enough beds with options; a dark, quiet room in the basement, a shared room with a two full beds, the top floor king size suite, even a pull out sofa! All useful accommodations for a party of 5 or more. To top it off, the roof top hot tub with a city skyline view was incredible! It was a great location too, in walking distance to our venue in South Philly. Everything worked out perfectly, and I'm grateful that this option was available....

「We were looking for a place large enough to house 4 adults and 3 children and found this house which was just a little outside the city proper. It turned out to be a perfect fit. Situated in an older neighborhood, of which Philadelphia has many, house was clean and nicely equipped and appeared to be recently renovated. Neighboring homes were generally well-tended and the area was quiet and seemed safe. Spacious kitchen and dining areas were ideal for feeding a crew. On-site parking for two cars...

「Very nice one bedroom apartment. The neighborhood is convenient. The immediate surroundings are quite urban. Nice residential around it. Beware- though there is on street parking it is restricted and usually occupied by cars. Parking is hard to find nearby.」
