「Second time staying here. It's a great place to stay if you want to be an easy, short ride to some awesome trails and you just need a reliable home bass to hang out, get a good, hot shower, make some food, and get some sleep before heading out to do your outdoor activities. Not suitable if you're seeking luxury. But it's a great place otherwise. The owners are planning some upgrades over time, and it was already upgraded some since our last stay. I hope they get a hose out back for bike...

Lots of options to keep everyone entertained (tennis court, indoor kids play area, several pools including heated one, volleyball and basketball court, small coffee shop and restaurant and tons of activities prepared by hotel staff). Want to come back!」

「We stay here sometimes a couple times a year always reliable, always a great place to stay. The cabins are a little dated. But you are staying in a cabin in the woods. Definitely stay here again which I plan on doing in the future. So many things to do in Waterberry and in Stowe. This place a must stay. 」

That being said, we were fortunate enough to not have to share the property during our stay.We found it to be a great location, quiet, whilst being close to 93 with quick access access to restaurants and shops in Littleton. 」

「We have been coming to this property for years and can't say enough great things about it. Eric is a wonderful host and so helpful to guests. It's exactly as advertised. A rustic treehouse right on the river, you bring whatever supplies you need. This is not glamping, it's real camping, and it's such a wonderful camping experience.
